Working Group

IT & Emerging Technology

From faxes to e-mails to carrier pigeons to drones, this working group focuses on how regulations that control the storing, retrieving, and sending of information as well as, cutting-edge machines, inventions, and processes, affect the economy and innovation. The group will explore issues such as whether there is an optimal role for regulatory oversight in these pioneering spaces and whether regulation can even keep up.
