Working Group

In today’s ultracomplex and interconnected digital age, personal information is increasingly entrusted to third parties and various computer software.  This creates both an opportunity for bad actors to steal large amounts of sensitive information and a risk that this information will be inadvertently or intentionally leaked.  The federal government has asserted the authority and the interest in regulating in this space but, what affect does such regulatory involvement have on America’s most dynamic and fastest growing industry – the technology sector?  This working group will explore.
